VC Holders
Nikken's VC Holders are equipped with TiN Bearing Nut technology and provide users with extra gripping torque, improved rigidity and excellent and reliable run-out accuracy. They provide superior machining performance even during high-speed applications - up to 40,000rpm.
- VC Holders have a TiN coated bearing plate which reduces friction and allows greater thrust.
- The Holders have a 8 degree taper for improved gripping torque and high-precision
- The thick wall design of the holder improves rigidity during cutting operation
- Run-out accuracy is less than 3 microns at 4 x D
- Collet flange contact reduces vibration and improves surface finish and tool life
VC Holders are Advanced Technology products and are available in NBT30/40/50; HSK40A/63A; IT40X/50X shank sizes. The NBT products feature the 2-Lock System - taper & flange contact.
