Spindle Speeders
Nikken's range of high-performance spindle speeders has been designed to provide customers with maximum reliability and accuracy in milling and drilling operations.
Spindle speeders increase a machine tool's speed enabling improved cutting performance in heavy-duty machining and fine finishing. Nikken spindle speeders can maintain high speeds up to 40,000rpm. Nikken spindle speeders have a compact design and feature ground gears that ensure smooth transmission of power. They also are equipped with pre-loaded pretension bearing sets that increase contact and provide extra stiffness and rotational accuracy within 0.01mm.
