Nikken Euro Centre - Home to Nikken Kosakusho Europe Limited

Nikken's Euro-Centre, located in the UK, opened for business in 1999 and is a dynamic hub serving all Nikken European operations.

Sales and marketing support; warehousing, distribution and logistics; applications and technical support - everything we do in our European markets is coordinated and managed by Euro-Centre staff in close cooperation with individual European Nikken Group subsidiary companies and Nikken distributors.

Our Technical Staff are able to offer a wealth of engineering expertise covering all aspects of application set-up, optimisation and implementation that is available for the full life of any Nikken Product.

 

SERVICE DEPARTMENT

The Service Department Our fully equiped, recently refurbished, service department enables the Euro Centre to offer complete support for all Nikken CNC Rotary Tables, NC Tool Systems and Tool Presetters :

  • On-Site Inspections
  • Repairs and Refurbishments
  • Special Applications
  • Product Testing
  • Sales Support

The service department has engineers fully trained by Nikken - along with extensive backgrounds in the engineering industry and Nikken expertise we are able to offer complete support on all Nikken products throughout Europe.

 

WAREHOUSE & DISTRIBUTION

Nikken's warehouse in the UK A 13,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility housing some 50,000 individual items encompassing 4,000 product lines. The Nikken Euro Centre holds Europes largest stock of CNC Rotary Tables.

Our warehouse team run and operate the warehouse efficiently and effectively ensuring customers orders are selected, scanned and dispatched on time - everytime:

  • Computer Controlled Stock System
  • 4,000 Individual Product Lines
  • Daily deliveries all across Europe

 

SALES & SUPPORT

Outstanding sales and support at Nikken The Nikken Euro Centre has both an internal and external support team - all working for one goal; ensuring customer satisfaction.

The main office is the centre of the Nikken Europe operation. Each country and distributor has its own sales support advisor - able to act immediately on any enquiry or order.

In the UK a dedicated team of Business Managers support customers on the road in Sales and Applications meeting their individual requirments as required.

Throughout Europe - our sales offices and distributors, all controlled from the Euro Centre, follow the same exacting principles as the UK operation.

 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT & APPLICATIONS

The Nikken Euro Centre has a team of dedicated engineers to support and develop customer applications and enquiries.

Individual customer components can be assessed and, if necessary, full turn-key proposals can be devised - even through to proving the component on our in-house machining centre:

The in-house Mori Seiki NV5000 machining centre is also utelised for product performance testing. All new products are thouroughly tested and benchmarked against competitors products.
